- Renovation of Guest house at NFSU Delhi Campus: This project, awarded by the National Forensic Science University, is valued at ₹6.95 Cr.
- Construction of New Building of ICSI Kanpur Chapter’s Premises at Shatabdi Nagar, Kanpur (UP): This project is for The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is valued at ₹4.42 Cr.
- Construction of New Building of ICSI Lucknow Chapter’s Premises at Viraj Khand-3, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP): Also for The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), this project has a value of ₹7.14 Cr.
