Following this acquisition, Blackstone’s total holding stands at 582,99,642 shares, or 30.64% of the company.

Blackstone, through its entities BCP Topco IX Pte. Ltd., Blackstone Capital Partners Asia NQ L.P., and Blackstone Capital Partners (CYM) VIII AIV – F L.P., has increased its stake in Mphasis Limited by acquiring an additional 180,000,000 shares.
Details of Acquisition
The acquisition represents 9.46% of the total share/voting capital and 9.34% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Mphasis. The shares were acquired through an on-market sale, effective November 18, 2025.
Post-Acquisition Holding
Following the acquisition, Blackstone’s total holding in Mphasis is 582,99,642 shares, which constitutes 30.64% of the total share/voting capital and 30.25% of the total diluted share/voting capital.

The equity share capital/total voting capital of Mphasis before and after the acquisition remains consistent at 19,02,61,721 equity shares. The total diluted share/voting capital is 19,27,26,144 equity shares.
