Minda Corporation has appointed Mr. Supratik Roy as CEO-Emerging Business, effective December 1, 2025. Mr. Roy brings extensive knowledge of automotive OEMs and the EV component ecosystem. His experience includes understanding localization of businesses from Japan and Southeast Asia. He has also spearheaded large operations, including large-scale greenfield projects, strengthening the company’s leadership team and strategic direction.

Supratik Roy’s Profile
Mr. Roy holds an MBA from IIT Bombay & WashU, as well as a Strategic Management degree from IIM Lucknow. He has a Post Graduate degree in International Relations from JNUV University, Jodhpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from JNV University Jodhpur.
He possesses knowledge of key OEMs in the automotive industry (2W & 4W), including MSIL, TML, M&M, Honda Cars, HMSI, Hero, TVS, and Bajaj. Mr. Roy has an in-depth understanding of the EV component ecosystem, including the localization of businesses from Japan and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Roy has led large-scale operations, including significant greenfield projects.
