Linde India CFO Resignation and Clarification on Media Reports

Linde India clarifies media reports linking the CFO’s resignation to a dismissed appeal. Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jumrani resigned as CFO, effective December 4, 2025. The company emphasizes the resignation was unrelated to the Securities Appellate Tribunal’s (SAT) dismissal of an appeal on December 5, 2025. The company states that media reports are inaccurate and lack basis.

CFO Resignation

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jumrani has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Linde India. The resignation is effective as of December 4, 2025. Linde India acknowledged his departure in a formal statement.

Clarification on Media Reports

Linde India addressed recent media reports that have attempted to connect Mr. Jumrani’s resignation with a separate legal matter. The company explicitly stated that these reports are misleading and without factual basis. The company emphasized that the CFO’s resignation was submitted prior to the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) decision on December 5, 2025.

Appeal Dismissal by SAT

The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) dismissed appeal no. 527 of 2024. The order was verbally passed on December 5, 2025. The written order from SAT is currently awaited. Linde India wants to ensure that this legal matter is not linked to the departure of the CFO. The appeal was against the SEBI Order dated July 24, 2024.
