Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited has established a new entity named Leela Opulence Hotels Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The certificate of incorporation was issued on December 22, 2025.
Purpose and Objectives
The newly formed subsidiary, Leela Opulence, aims to focus on owning, operating, managing, and developing luxury hotels and resorts under “The Leela” brand. This strategic move will enhance the company’s footprint in the luxury hospitality market. Leela Opulence is incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies, Delhi on December 22, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations.
Financial Details
Leela Opulence Hotels Private Limited has an authorised share capital of INR 5,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of INR 1,000. The parent company, Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, holds 100% share capital of the subsidiary along with its nominee shareholders.
