KPIT Technologies has increased its stake in N Dream AG to 90% through its subsidiary KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited. The additional 1.1% stake was acquired for €2.82 million. N-Dream AG, a Cloud-based Game Aggregation Platform company based in Switzerland, will help enhance the driver and passenger experience. This investment is part of KPIT’s roadmap to improve in-car experiences.
Strategic Investment Update
KPIT Technologies has announced a further increase in its strategic investment in N Dream AG. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited, the company has acquired an additional stake of 1.1% in N Dream AG.
Deal Details
The consideration for this additional stake is €2.82 million. Following this acquisition, KPIT group shareholdings in N-Dream AG now amount to 90%.
Background of Investment
Previously, on November 9, 2023, KPIT announced its initial strategic investment of 13% in N-Dream. Subsequent acquisitions followed: an additional 13% shareholding bringing KPIT’s total to 26%, then increasing to 51% for €6.5 million, making N-Dream a subsidiary. Further, on October 7, 2025, KPIT increased stake to 88.9% for €16.35 million, making N-Dream a step-down subsidiary.
