Prior to this acquisition, KMMF held 7.5658% of the total share/voting capital of Mphasis Limited, represented by 14,394,738 shares. Following the acquisition on November 18, 2025, the fund acquired an additional 3,255,495 shares.

As a result of this transaction, KMMF’s holding in Mphasis Limited now stands at 9.2768% of the total share/voting capital, comprising a total of 17,650,233 equity shares.
