To ensure the smooth issuance of new work visas and reactivate the company’s profile on the Authority’s portal, KPIL opted to discharge the penalty.

The penalty was officially discharged on December 22, 2025, at approximately 06:05 p.m. (IST). This decision allows the branch office to resume normal operations regarding visa applications, mitigating potential disruptions to its workforce and ongoing projects.
