- Revenue Growth: Consolidated revenue for Q2 FY’26 reached ₹508 crores, reflecting a growth of 17.9%. H1 FY’26 consolidated revenue was ₹918 crores, a 15.8% increase from ₹792 crores in H1 FY’25.
- EBITDA: Q2 FY’26 EBITDA stood at ₹124.6 crores, a 17% year-over-year increase, with an EBITDA margin of 24.5%.
- Profit After Tax: Q2 FY’26 PAT was ₹85.5 crores, up 13% from ₹75.9 crores in Q2 FY’25.
Order Book and Industry Contribution
The company’s order book remains robust and well-diversified, standing at ₹4,546 crores. Key industry contributions include:
- Aerospace and Defense: 36% of revenue in Q2, 44% of order intake (₹272 crores).
- Auto and Auto Components: 26% of revenue, 23% of order intake (₹142 crores).
- General Engineering: 21% of revenue, 22% of order intake (₹136 crores).
Capacity Expansion and Future Growth
To address rising demand, Jyoti CNC Automation is undertaking a significant capacity expansion:
- Capacity Increase: Scaling production capacity from 6,000 to 16,000 machines per annum by September 2026.

HUMA Control Panel
