In his resignation letter, Mr. Vinay reflected on his 13-year tenure with the JSW Group, highlighting a period of substantial transformation and growth. He noted the company’s shift from a 4.5 GW generation company to a 30 GW diversified and integrated platform. Mr. Vinay expressed pride in the collective achievements, including a three-fold increase in operational capacity, a four-fold increase in total assets, and a ten-fold increase in market capitalization during his five-year tenure as CFO.
