The Board of Directors at IREDA has approved key appointments to its senior management team. Shri Tusarkant Parida is appointed as Executive Director (F&A), and Shri Jagdeep Singh as General Manager (F&A). Additionally, Smt. Punnu Grover is appointed as General Manager (F&A) and will continue as Chief Compliance Officer until April 30, 2028, or further notice.

- Smt. Punnu Grover: Appointed as General Manager (F&A).
Continued Role
Smt. Punnu Grover will continue to serve as Chief Compliance Officer of the Company until April 30, 2028, or until further notice. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. With over 29 years of experience, she was previously Additional General Manager (F&A) in the Company.
