Intellect Design Arena has announced the appointment of Vikas Misra as its new Chief Strategy Officer, effective October 17, 2025. Misra, previously an Executive Vice President, will now oversee the company’s strategic initiatives. He will contribute to the firm’s long-term objectives. Misra has been with the company and its predecessor, Polaris Software Group, since 1996.

Vikas Misra’s Background
Vikas Misra joined Polaris Software Group in April 1996. Since then, he has held multiple roles within the organization. He became an SBU Head in 2006 with global responsibility for emerging verticals. More recently, he has been part of the Office of Strategy, working with the Chairman to shape long-term initiatives. As CSO, Misra’s contribution will include providing inputs for strategy execution to achieve the company’s long-term goals.
