Infosys Reaches Settlement Agreement in McCamish Lawsuits

Infosys has reached an agreement in principle to settle class action lawsuits related to its McCamish Systems LLC. The proposed settlement will resolve all pending class action lawsuits and allegations. McCamish has agreed to pay $17.5 million into a fund to settle these matters. The court granted final approval on December 18, 2025. If no appeal is filed within 30 days, the settlement will become effective.

Settlement Agreement Reached

Infosys announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to settle class action lawsuits pending against Infosys McCamish Systems LLC (“McCamish”). This agreement, detailed in a statement dated November 3, 2023, and subsequent updates, aims to resolve all pending class action lawsuits and their associated allegations.

Terms of the Settlement

According to the proposed settlement terms, McCamish has agreed to pay $17.5 million into a fund to settle the matters. The court granted final approval of the settlement on December 18, 2025.

Effective Date

The settlement will become effective if no appeal is filed within 30 days. Once effective, it will resolve all allegations made in the class action lawsuits without admission of any liability.
