Info Edge has announced an internal reorganization effective November 3, 2025, resulting in changes to the roles of several key executives. The changes are part of an ongoing effort to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Leadership Appointments
Several Senior Management Personnel (SMP) have been re-designated with revised responsibilities:
- Jatin Thukral: Appointed as Chief Product Officer Naukri & Chief AI Scientist InfoEdge. He will continue to lead AI initiatives across Info Edge.
- Nimish Kulshrestha: Will lead the overall business and growth strategy for iimjobs, hirist, and NaukriGulf.
- Shail Gaurav: Re-designated as Chief Business Officer for Naukri 360/FF and will head B2C Marketing.
Departing SMPs
