Key appointments include Mr. Sanjiv Sachar as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Ms. Geeta Mathur as the Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Stakeholders Relationship Committee Reconstitution
The Stakeholders Relationship Committee has also been reconstituted, effective October 13, 2025, with the following composition:

- Mr. Kapil Kapoor: Member (Non-Executive Director)
