Indian Oil Corporation has announced a change in its senior management. Shri N M Bhalerao, Executive Director (Finance), Pipelines Head Office, has ceased to be the Senior Management personnel of IndianOil effective October 6, 2025, following his appointment as Director (Finance) on the Board of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd.
Senior Management Update
Shri N M Bhalerao, previously serving as Executive Director (Finance) at the Pipelines Head Office of Indian Oil Corporation, has transitioned from his role as Senior Management personnel, which was one level below the Board of Directors.
Reason for Change
The change came into effect on October 6, 2025, following Shri N M Bhalerao’s appointment to the Board of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd as Director (Finance).
