ICICI Lombard received an order on December 18, 2025, regarding a revised Goods and Services Tax (GST) demand. The revised GST demand amounts to ₹87,607,880. This order follows a previous intimation on May 1, 2024, regarding an initial demand, against which the company had already filed an appeal.

The received order also includes an interest component of ₹1,154,037. A penalty of ₹8,777,337 has also been imposed. The GST demand is related to the period between April 2018 and March 2021.
