This follows the successful completion of its initial public offering (IPO). The parent company made the official announcement on December 19, 2025.
Share Sale and Ownership
As part of the IPO, Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited divested 48,972,994 equity shares of ICICI AMC, each with a face value of ₹1. The shares were offered at an issue price of ₹ 2,165 per share. Despite this sale, ICICI Bank has affirmed its intention to maintain a majority shareholding in ICICI AMC, demonstrating its continued commitment to its asset management arm.
