Company Secretary Appointments
The Board accepted the resignation of Ms. Savitri Yadav as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 30, 2025.
The Board approved the appointment of Ms. Sucheta Chaturvedi as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Ms. Chaturvedi is a qualified Company Secretary with over 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Auditor’s Observations
The auditor, N.S. Shetty & Co, drew attention to the following notes in the financial results:
- Note 5(a) regarding enhancement in rentals and unilateral termination of lease of the Mumbai Hotel, with a disputed amount of ₹543 lakhs for the quarter.
- Note 5(b) regarding demands by AAI relating to Rent, Minimum Guarantee Fees, amounting to ₹80,705 lakhs.
- Note 6 relating to preparation of Financial results on a ‘going concern basis’.
