Hero MotoCorp Board Approves ₹170 Crore Investment in New Global Parts Center

Hero MotoCorp has approved an additional investment of up to ₹170 crore for setting up a new Global Part Center (GPC) 2.0 in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Commercial operations at the new facility are projected to begin during FY 2027-28. Furthermore, the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor, has resigned, effective November 14, 2025.

New Global Parts Center

Hero MotoCorp is expanding its infrastructure with an investment of up to ₹170 crore in Global Part Center (GPC) 2.0, located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The new center is expected to start commercial operations during FY 2027-28. This investment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its supply chain and logistics capabilities.

Leadership Transition

Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor, the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has tendered his resignation, effective from November 14, 2025. He is leaving to pursue other opportunities. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation, and he will also cease to be the Nodal Officer of the Company from that date.

Financial Results

The Board also reviewed and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26, which ended on September 30, 2025. A press release with the results and limited review report will be issued separately.
