Reshu Madan’s Background
Mr. Madan brings nearly three decades of proven leadership in driving transformation, steering P&L, and accelerating growth across diverse industries. Before joining Havells, he held the position of Whole Time Director & CEO at Sterlite Electric Limited, where he established market leadership in the EHV segment. His previous roles include Head – EPC Business at TBEA Energy, and senior leadership positions at Sudhir Gensets Limited as Director (EP & EPC) and Crompton Greaves Limited.
Educational Qualifications
Mr. Madan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharti Vidya Peeth College of Engineering, Pune, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
