Increased Development Potential
Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced the acquisition of an additional approximately 3.8-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru. This acquisition unlocks an additional ₹2,400 crore of revenue potential and approximately 2 million sq. ft. of additional development potential.
Sarjapur Road Expansion
This acquisition strengthens GPL’s presence in the Sarjapur Road micro-market, a vibrant residential hub in Bengaluru. This area provides seamless connectivity to major employment centers like Outer Ring Road, Whitefield and Electronic City.
Projected Revenue and Township Plans
With this addition, the estimated total revenue potential is approximately ₹3,500 crore with around 3 million sq. ft. of development on approximately 30 acres. The company envisions a large-scale, premium residential community, master-planned as an integrated group housing development township. This land parcel will allow a thoughtfully planned township community with open spaces and modern conveniences.
Emphasis on Sustainable Living
GPL aims to deliver a development that meets the aspirations of today’s homebuyers and sets new standards for design, wellness, and urban planning in Bengaluru. The focus remains on creating sustainable and integrated living spaces. The acquisition was announced on November 20, 2025.
