Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has announced its financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26, reporting strong growth. Q2FY26 total income reached ₹1746 Crore, a 42% increase. Revenue from operations grew by 45% to ₹1677 Crore. H1FY26 total income stood at ₹3128 Crore, up 35%, with revenue from operations at ₹2987 Crore, a 38% rise.
Financial Performance Q2 FY26
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) reported a strong financial performance for the second quarter of FY26:
- Total Income: ₹1746 Crore, a 42% growth compared to ₹1228 Crore in Q2FY25.
- Revenue from Operation: Increased to ₹1677 Crore, a 45% increase from ₹1153 Crore in Q2FY25.
- Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization: Stood at ₹225 Crore, a 56% increase from ₹144 Crore in Q2FY25.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reached ₹209 Crore compared to ₹131 Crore in Q2FY25, a 60% growth.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Stood at ₹154 Crore compared to ₹98 Crore in Q2FY25, a 57% growth.
- Earnings per share (EPS): ₹13.43 against ₹8.54 in Q2FY25.
H1FY26 Performance Overview
The company also reported impressive results for the first half of FY26:
- Total Income: ₹3128 Crore, a 35% increase compared to ₹2311 Crore in H1FY25.
- Revenue from operation: ₹2987 Crore against ₹2163 Crore in H1FY25, registering a growth of 38%.
- EBITDA: Reported at ₹409 Crore against ₹274 Crore in H1FY25, a growth of 49%.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): Stood at ₹376 Crore against ₹246 Crore in H1FY25, a growth of 53%.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Stood at ₹274 Crore against ₹185 Crore in H1FY25, registering a growth of 48%.
