Reason for Resignation
The company stated that the reason for Mrs. Kulkarni’s resignation is due to personal reasons. During her tenure, she also served as the Presiding Officer of the Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (POSH) and Nodal officer for She Box Portal under POSH Act.
