Eternal Limited has received communication regarding the dissolution of two of its subsidiaries. These include Zomato Media (Private) Limited (“ZMPL”) in Sri Lanka and Zomato Internet Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (“ZIHTAS”) in Turkey.

Zomato Media (Private) Limited (ZMPL)

ZMPL, a wholly-owned subsidiary located in Sri Lanka, will be struck off from the register of companies and dissolved. This will occur at the expiration of three months from the date of gazette notification, which is November 21, 2025.

Zomato Internet Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (ZIHTAS)

ZIHTAS, a step-down subsidiary located in Turkey, has been officially liquidated with effect from December 9, 2025.

Operational Status and Financial Impact

Both ZMPL and ZIHTAS do not have active business operations and have been under the process of liquidation. Furthermore, neither entity is considered a material subsidiary of Eternal Limited. Therefore, the dissolution of ZMPL and ZIHTAS is not expected to have a significant impact on the turnover or revenue of the company.
