Deepak Nitrite has announced the commencement of manufacturing operations at its new Nitric Acid Plant located in Nandesari, Gujarat, effective December 4, 2025. The total capital expenditure for the project is approximately ₹515 Crores. This strategic move strengthens the company’s backward and forward integration, enhancing supply security and enabling deeper penetration into high-value applications. The plant is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Nitric Acid Plant Launch
Deepak Nitrite has started manufacturing operations at its Nitric Acid Plant. The plant is located in Nandesari, Dist. Vadodara in Gujarat and began operations on December 4, 2025. The plant is a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The total capital expenditure incurred for the new manufacturing operations is approximately ₹515 Crores.
Strategic Impact
This development will significantly strengthen the Group’s backward and forward integration. It will reinforce supply security for key intermediates, enabling greater resilience and deeper penetration into high value applications. This also marks a major step in Group’s evolution toward a more integrated and value-accretive chemical platform from Ammonia to Amines.
