The initial announcement regarding the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) was made on December 19, 2025.
Details of the Transaction
DR Axion India Private Limited has acquired 100% of the paid-up equity share capital of Suprash Developers Private Limited. This acquisition also indirectly covers 100% ownership of Srikara Technologies Private Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Suprash.
