Appointment of Priyan Pillay
Mr. Priyan Pillay will assume the role of Executive Vice-President – Legal (Senior Management Personnel), effective January 2, 2026. Mr. Pillay brings over 19 years of experience, most recently serving as the Chief Compliance Counsel at Colgate-Palmolive Company in New York.
His expertise encompasses corporate & commercial laws, ethics, compliance, and enterprise risk management within the FMCG sector. He has held multiple leadership roles and has experience across diverse jurisdictions, including advising across the African continent.
Appointment of Jaikishan Shah
Mr. Jaikishan Shah has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 26, 2025. Mr. Shah is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, bringing over 14 years of corporate secretarial, investor relations, and legal experience.
Mr. Shah previously served as Deputy Company Secretary at Castrol India Limited and spent 12 years with Pfizer Limited, where he gained experience in corporate compliances, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions.
