Cohance Lifesciences has announced the appointment of Gunjan Singh as Business Head – API plus, Amrit Singh as Head – Specialty Chemicals, and Ravinatha Shetty as Platform Chief Operating Officer. These appointments, effective December 5, 2025, aim to strengthen operational excellence and accelerate growth across the company’s API, CDMO, and Specialty Chemicals divisions.

Cohance Lifesciences has appointed three senior management personnel, effective December 5, 2025, to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across its key business segments.
Key Appointments
Gunjan Singh has been appointed as Business Head – API plus. He will be responsible for the API and formulations portfolio, driving strategic growth, customer alignment, and operational excellence across the platform. Singh brings over two decades of experience spanning APIs, Formulations, and CDMO.
Amrit Singh has been appointed as Head – Specialty Chemicals. He will be responsible for driving growth and scaling the Specialty Chemicals business unit. Singh brings over 20 years of leadership experience across various organizations.
Ravinatha Shetty has been appointed as Platform Chief Operating Officer. Shetty will oversee Supply Chain Management, EHS, Ops Excellence, and Corporate & Industrial Affairs functions. He will also work closely with leaders across the CDMO, API, and Specialty Chemicals divisions to drive synergy, alignment, and strategic progress. Shetty has nearly 35 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals sectors.
