Additionally, Mr. Zoheb Sheikh has been appointed as Head of Internal Audit & Internal Auditor, effective December 17, 2025, for a term of three years. These decisions were made at the Board of Directors meeting on December 17, 2025.
Independent Director Re-Appointment
Mr. Desh Raj Dogra has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of Capri Global Capital for a second term of three years. His new term begins on February 1, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. He previously worked as CEO and Managing Director of Credit Analysis and Research Limited (CARE) and with Dena Bank for over 15 years.
Appointment of Head of Internal Audit
Mr. Zoheb Sheikh has been appointed as Head of Internal Audit and Internal Auditor, effective December 17, 2025, for a period of three years. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Sheikh has been associated with Capri Global Group since 2014 and has held key audit roles.
Zoheb Sheikh’s Experience
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Sheikh served as Head of Internal Audit at Capri Global Housing Finance Limited (CGHFL). He has also worked with institutions such as Reliance Securities and Kotak Mahindra Bank. His experience includes developing internal audit strategies and risk mitigation plans. His expertise includes identifying process gaps and improving operational performance.
