The total consideration received for the 1,27,901 equity shares allotted to Ushma Mehta (Non-Promoter) amounts to Rs. 5,33,34,717.

Impact on Equity Capital

Post allotment, the equity share capital has increased. It went from 17,01,53,199 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 34,03,06,398/- to 17,02,81,100 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 34,05,62,200/-. These newly allotted shares rank equally with the existing equity shares of the company.

After this allotment, 72,14,155 warrants remain outstanding for conversion.
