BIKAJI Foods International Limited has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary named BIKAJI FOUNDATION. The incorporation was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on November 14, 2025. BIKAJI FOUNDATION is classified as a Section 8 Company, operating as a Non-Profit Organization.
Purpose and Structure
BIKAJI FOUNDATION will be responsible for implementing social development programs and achieving autonomy in the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This structure allows for streamlined regulatory compliance and focused efforts under Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
Guarantee and Shareholding
The subsidiary is a Limited by Guarantee Company without share capital. Seven members have undertaken a guarantee of ₹ 1,000 each, with six members acting as nominee subscribers on behalf of BIKAJI Foods International Limited. BIKAJI Foods International Limited holds 100% control of the newly formed entity.
