As a licensee, Bharti Hexacom is required to thoroughly verify customer information before enrollment, adhering to DoT guidelines.

Bharti Hexacom maintains that the financial implication is capped at the penalty amount. The company also disclosed that this matter is currently under review before Hon’ble TDSAT, where the applicable penalty rates are being contested.
