Change in Shareholding

The acquisition resulted in a 0.41% increase in Mirae Asset’s shareholding in Bata India Ltd. The shares were acquired through the open market.

Share Capital

The equity share capital/total voting capital of Bata India before and after the acquisition remains the same at 128,527,540.
