Mr. Andrew Postlethwaite, aged 61, holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New England, Australia. He began his career with BASF New Zealand Limited in 1986. He has held various positions, including Industry Manager in Paper Chemicals and roles in Sales & Material Management. More recently, he served as a Director on the Board of BASF South East Asia Pte. Ltd, Singapore, and in 2025 was appointed its Managing Director. He does not hold any shares in the company and is not related to any current director.
