Mr. Narasinganallore Venkatesh Srinivasan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) effective November 25, 2025, for a term of 3 years. Mr. Venkatesh is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in banking and financial services.
Mr. Satyajit Dwivedi has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) effective November 25, 2025, for a term of 3 years. Mr. Dwivedi has a strong background in development finance and rural economy.

Ms. Malini Thadani has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 3 years, effective November 25, 2025. Ms. Thadani brings expertise in sustainability, CSR, and ESG.
