Mr. Chitale is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate, and the Managing Partner of M. P. Chitale & Co. He has previously been associated with Everest Industries Ltd and DAM Capital Advisors Ltd.
Tapan Mitra’s Appointment
Tapan Mitra (DIN: 08445248) is also appointed as Independent Director effective February 9, 2026, for a period of three years. Subject to shareholder approval via Postal Ballot.
Mr. Mitra has 40 years of experience in Human Resources and has held leadership roles at companies like JK Papers, Voltas Ltd, and Ballarpur Industries Ltd. He has been associated with PTL Enterprises Ltd and Classic Industries and Exports Ltd.
