Amber Enterprises Subsidiary IL JIN Acquires Majority Stake in Shogini Technoarts

Amber Enterprises India Limited announces that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited (“IL JIN”), has executed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Private Limited (“Shogini”). This acquisition will enable IL JIN to strengthen its capabilities in PCB manufacturing and expand its product portfolio. Shogini will become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited upon completion of the acquisition.

Acquisition Overview

IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited, has entered into definitive transaction agreements to acquire a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Private Limited. The agreements, a Share Purchase Agreement and a Shareholders’ Agreement, were executed on November 14, 2025. This strategic move will enhance the company’s position in the electronics manufacturing sector.

About Shogini Technoarts

Shogini, established in 1982, is a Pune-based company specializing in the manufacturing of various types of printed circuit boards (PCBs), including single-sided, double-sided, multilayered, metal, and flexible PCBs. Shogini serves a broad spectrum of applications and has a strong presence in the PCB market. Its turnover for financial year 2024-2025 was Rs. 39,074.19 Lakh, 2023-2024 was Rs. 33,250.60 Lakh and 2022-2023 was Rs. 29,737.74 Lakh.
