Details of Acquisition

Prior to the recent acquisition, HDFC Mutual Fund held 22,56,862 shares, representing 4.96% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, the total holding increased by 407,248 shares, bringing the total to 26,64,110 shares, or 5.85% of the company’s equity.

Breakdown of Holdings

The acquisition was executed through open market purchases. The increase in holdings reflects investment decisions across various HDFC Mutual Fund schemes, including HDFC BSE 500 ETF, HDFC Children’s Fund, HDFC Housing Opportunities Fund, HDFC Multi Cap Fund, and others.
