Adani Green Energy Incorporates Two New Step-Down Subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy’s subsidiary, AREH11L, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: Urjasetu Renewables Limited (URL) and Hydrobloom Power Limited (HPL) on December 02, 2025. The newly formed entities, URL and HPL, each have an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. Both companies are intended to contribute to the generation of power using renewable energy sources but are yet to commence business operations.

New Subsidiaries Incorporated

Adani Green Energy announced the incorporation of two new step-down subsidiary companies: Urjasetu Renewables Limited (URL) and Hydrobloom Power Limited (HPL). These companies were incorporated on December 02, 2025, as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L).

Details of the New Entities

Both URL and HPL have an authorized capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 each. As of the announcement date, neither URL nor HPL has commenced business operations.

Business Objective

The primary objective of URL and HPL is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply various forms of power or electrical energy. This includes utilizing wind energy, solar energy, and other renewable energy sources, aligning with Adani Green Energy’s commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio.
